Job Description E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist

As an E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, as well as preparing and handling of logistic processes within the E-commerce department.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the workload for the inbound and pick&pack departments;
  • You ensure a “clean” system by means of checks and taking the appropriate action;
  • You check and coordinate the registration of inbound shipments;
  • You maintain contact with carriers regarding loading times and volumes;
  • You prepare export documents;
  • You ensure the correct handling of issues within the returns department;
  • You support the customer service part of the department when the situation requires it;
  • You maintain contact with other departments within PVH;
  • You actively participate in improvement initiatives;
  • You are responsible for opening and closing PVH on a daily basis (depending on your shift).

Job requirements E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist

To qualify for the position of E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist, you are an administrative multitasker who preferably has experience in the transport or logistics sector. You are a collegial employee with a proactive attitude who works accurately and has a great sense of responsibility. Flexible working hours (Mon-Fri 5:00-14:00, 7:30-16:00, or 15:00-22:45) and weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7:00-17:00) are no problem for you.

Additional requirements include:

  • You hold an MBO-level vocational qualification;
  • You have knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of SAP is a plus;
