Supervisor e-commerce

What will you be doing?
As supervisor of our e-commerce department you are responsible for the daily operations. You will manage warehouse employees and ensure that our goals are achieved. Supervising employees and coaching and training assistant supervisors is also part of your duties.

As a supervisor you create the work schedule and you ensure that activities are properly classified. You manage and report the entire process. This ranges from monitoring the hours worked to keeping track of the consumption of packaging materials.

What do you bring?
As a supervisor you have completed a logistics MBO / HBO education, or you have obtained this level through experience. In addition, we believe it is important that you have several years of leadership experience in a logistics environment.

You have a real hands-on mentality. You are analytical and willing to look critically at our logistic process. Suggestions for improvements are always welcome. You have no problem having various conversations with team members. Bad news conversations aren’t your favorite thing to do, but you can carry them out.

Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required, knowledge of SAP is an advantage. In addition, you have good oral and written expression skills in the Dutch and English language. For the position of Supervisor E-commerce it is important that you are willing to work in two shifts during the week (from 6:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 22:45) and at the weekends from 08:00 - 17:00.
